All eyes were on Toronto, Canada when the 34th film festival kicked off on the 10th of September. The festival lasted until the 19th and showed a wide range of films from 55 countries. International film stars flocked to Canada creating an exciting buzz and filling the city with an air of glamour. Swarovski accessories added the additional sparkle as many stars chose crystal jewellery to make a dazzling entrance on the red carpet.

At film premieres we all try and catch a glance of our favourite stars or maybe even try to get an autograph. And actors like Matt Damon, Michael Douglas or Colin Farrell can have a special effect on the ladies…

However, there is no denying that the main focus of our attention will always be on the actresses. As we can not wait to see what dresses they will wear, which jewellery they will accessorise with and ultimately which new trends they will set at these occasions.

Swarovski handbags proved to be a hit this year as not just one or two but many actresses strutted their stuff with these elegant pieces. Kristen Scott Thomas was seen with the Daniel Swarovski Hit Star Collector bag at her movie premiere. Actress Sherri Shepherd completed her outfit with a sparkling Swarovski Power clutch.
