The 61st International Cannes Film Festival started in all the splendour and glamour that gives this very unique event an aura of radiance and charm.

Day after day, stars selected Swarovski creations to accessorize their outfits on the red carpet – and off it, like for Jimmy’z, the hot spot where the celebs party all night! Accessorising was a unique way of expressing their nature and exercising their personal choice.

Indian actress and former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai selected the Fabulous bag from the Red Carpet Collection. She was also seen with Famous – Star Collector and the Power bag on consecutive days.

Victoria Duffy (Dennis Hopper’s wife) chose an Arielle bag on one evening and the Beverly Hills bag the next.

At the Prince Albert II of Monaco foundation event at Cannes, famous songstress Kelly Rowland carried not just the Kiosque bag, but also sparkled with the Exhibit Cuff and Elixir Earrings.

Famous French actress Jeanne Balibar, a member of the jury this year, brought along the Famous - Star Collector, while Calista Flockhart flaunted her Audrey Bag from the Red Carpet Collection 2007.

Glamorous actress Goldie Hawn stepped along with the Marilyn bag in white satin. The Power Bag was American actress Rachel Leigh Cook’s pick and the Date bag was the clear preference of French singer Ophelie Winter.

Actress Michelle Yeoh radiated with the Foxy bag from the Red Carpet Collection 2008, and Clint Eastwood’s wife, Dina Eastwood, chose the Kansas bag.

French actress Corinne Touzet sparkled elegantly with a vintage bag, a Meduse bracelet and Feuilles earrings. While actress Axelle Lafont fell for the Joan bag, in white satin and actress Tcheky Kario opted for a Swarovski black satin bag.

Chiling Lin, a very famous actress in greater China, flaunted her choice of bag – the beautiful Kiosque.

Needless to say, the stars were thrilled with the accessories they chose!
